Dr. Ashley Lentz is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for her refined aesthetic, meticulous technique, and deeply personalized approach to care. With over a decade of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, she is recognized for creating natural, elegant results that honor each patient’s individuality.
Dr. Lentz earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where she also completed her General Surgery and Plastic Surgery training in Gainesville, Florida. This comprehensive and rigorous foundation shaped her precise, thoughtful approach to surgery one that balances technical excellence with artistic vision.
In 2017, Dr. Lentz assumed leadership of Lentz Plastic Surgery, a practice originally founded by her father, Carl W. “Rick” Lentz, in 1979. Carrying forward a legacy of integrity and surgical excellence, she has thoughtfully evolved the practice into a modern, patient-centered experience—where trust, discretion, and authenticity are paramount.
Her philosophy is simple yet profound:
Aesthetic surgery should never feel transactional it should feel intentional. Dr. Lentz is known for taking the time to truly understand her patients, guiding them with clarity and honesty, and creating an experience that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
Beyond the practice:
Based in Ormond Beach, Florida, Dr. Lentz is a devoted mother of three boys and an active member of her community. Outside of the operating room, she is passionate about travel, yoga, and philanthropic surgical missions work that reflects her belief in caring for the whole person, both inside and out.
The Central Florida practice of Lentz Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is located in Ormond Beach.
Our plastic surgery office is nestled in the city of Ormond Beach, Florida. Dr. Lentz grew up in this town and took over the family business of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from her father, Dr. Carl W. Lentz, III, MD. He practiced in the community for over 40 years and created an exemplary practice of performance and compassion. Ormond Beach is a gem of a city and very well known for its vacationing opportunities.
